Terms of Service

01The service

JPSPINTO Stocks GenAI is an automated statistical and technical analysis tool for publicly traded securities. You select the tickers you want to follow; the system computes standard technical indicators from public market data and produces a written summary, generated by software including a language model.

The output is produced automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for verifying anything you act on.

02Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must not use the service where doing so would breach the law that applies to you. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case; we do not assess it for you.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, resold, or used by more than one individual.
• You must give an accurate email address and keep it current, as it is how we reach you about the service, your subscription and any change to these terms.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. If you believe someone else has access, tell us at support@jpintostocks.com without delay.

03Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own personal investment research. You must not:

• redistribute, republish, resell or make available to others the analyses, data or any other output — including via a newsletter, a group chat, a trading room or a social channel;
• extract data by automated means — scraping, crawling or bulk downloading — or attempt to rebuild the underlying dataset;
• use the output to build, train or evaluate a competing product or model;
• share your account, or provide access to anyone who has not subscribed;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, probe or test its security, interfere with its operation, or place a load on it that degrades it for others;
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership, or present the output as your own analysis to third parties;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.

The market data underlying the service is licensed to us, not to you. The licence permits us to show you derived, relative measures. It does not permit redistribution, which is why the restrictions above are drawn tightly.

04Subscription, billing and cancellation

Access is by paid subscription. Paddle acts as merchant of record for all purchases, issues all invoices, and appears on your statement as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net". Paddle's own terms apply alongside these.

• The current price is shown on the landing page, and is confirmed at checkout before you pay. That page is the single source of truth for pricing; no figures are restated here. Prices are stated net of tax — VAT or sales tax is added by Paddle at checkout where applicable, so the total charged may exceed the price displayed.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time — through the manage-subscription link in any Paddle receipt, or by emailing billing@jpintostocks.com — and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

The full terms — billing periods, cancellation, the refund window, the statutory right of withdrawal, and what happens when a payment fails — are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where these terms and that policy differ on a billing question, that policy governs.

05Intellectual property

The service — its software, methodology, written analyses, design, text and the JPSPINTO STOCKS GENAI name and logo — belongs to Virtuous Audacity, Lda or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your own research, for as long as your subscription is active and these terms are observed.

The content you create stays yours — the ticker lists you build and any positions you record. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

06Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service may be interrupted without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, Virtuous Audacity, Lda accepts no liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service — including trading and investment losses up to the total loss of your capital, loss of profit or opportunity, loss or corruption of data, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability owed to consumers under mandatory provisions of Portuguese consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

07Suspension and termination

• You may close your account at any time, by cancelling your subscription and asking us to delete the account. Deletion and retention are covered in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules in section 03 — or if payment fails and is not resolved, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. Where a breach is serious — unlawful use, or redistribution of licensed data — we may act immediately.
• If we terminate your subscription without your being at fault, we refund the unused remainder of the period you have paid for.

08Changes to the service and to these terms

The service is under active development. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the methodology may be revised as it improves.

We may amend these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the revised version is published here with a new date at the bottom. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the law of Portugal, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

The competent courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We would rather you wrote to us first — most disputes are resolved faster by email than by any platform.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
