Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions to JPSPINTO STOCKS GENAI, operated by Virtuous Audacity, Lda (Portugal). Current prices are shown on the home page, which is the only source of pricing.

01Merchant of record

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases made through this site. This means Paddle — not Virtuous Audacity, Lda — is the seller of record for your subscription, and handles payment, tax and invoicing.

02Subscription terms

The annual plan is the only plan offered. It is billed once a year in advance and renews annually on the same terms. Where an introductory price applies to the first year, the renewal price is the standard annual price shown on the home page, and it is stated there before you buy.

03Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. There are two ways to do it.

Either route works. If you cannot find a receipt, email us — we will not make you hunt for it.

Once you cancel:

04Refunds

We refund the initial purchase in full if you ask within 14 days of that purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify the request. A full refund means the entire amount charged, including any tax, not just the net price.

After those 14 days, and for renewal charges, refunds are not given as a matter of course — but write to us anyway if something went wrong, and we will look at it.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@jpintostocks.com from the address you used to subscribe.
  2. Include your Paddle order reference. It is in the receipt Paddle emailed you at the time of the charge.
  3. Say briefly what you are asking for. A reason is not required within the 14-day window, but it helps us fix whatever went wrong.

You may also request a refund directly from Paddle, as merchant of record, using the contact details on your receipt.

How long it takes

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the EEA, EU consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason. This is a legal right, separate from and additional to the commercial policy set out above.

For digital services there is one important qualification. Where you ask for the service to begin immediately — which is what happens when you subscribe and get access straight away — and you expressly acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right can be lost. Where the service has only been partly performed, you may be asked to pay for the portion already supplied.

In practice, our 14-day refund policy above is designed to give you the same outcome as the statutory right, without argument about whether it technically applies. If you want to exercise the statutory right specifically, say so in your email to billing@jpintostocks.com and we will treat it as such.

05Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails — an expired card, insufficient funds, a bank block — this is what happens:
