01Nature of the service

JPSPINTO Stocks GenAI is an automated statistical and technical analysis tool. It reads publicly available market data and applies fixed, pre-defined calculations to it.

• You choose the tickers. The service does not select securities for you and does not decide what you should follow.
• For the tickers you select, the system computes standard technical indicators — moving averages, RSI, MACD, ADX, Bollinger bands, ATR, volume measures, trend stage and similar — and produces a written summary of what those indicators show.
• The output is generated by software, including a language model. It is not written, reviewed or approved by a human analyst before you see it.
• The output may contain errors. Calculations may be wrong, indicators may be misapplied, and the written summary may misstate, misinterpret or invent facts. Language models produce plausible-sounding text that can be incorrect. Treat every output as unverified.

• This is not investment advice. Nothing produced by the service is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a personal recommendation of any kind.
• Nothing is tailored to you. No output takes account of your financial situation, your investment objectives, your risk tolerance, your time horizon, your existing holdings or your knowledge and experience. The same output is produced regardless of who is reading it.
• This is not a solicitation or an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or inducement to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise deal in any security or financial instrument.
• Virtuous Audacity, Lda is not a registered investment adviser, broker or dealer. It is not authorised, registered or supervised by the Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários (CMVM) or by any equivalent authority in any other jurisdiction, and it does not provide any regulated investment service.
• No execution, no custody, no management. The service does not execute trades, does not place orders, does not hold or handle client money or securities, and does not manage portfolios or accounts on anyone's behalf. Any holdings you record in the service are entries you type in yourself, for your own reference only.

03Risk warnings

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. No historical pattern, backtest, statistic or example shown by the service implies that similar results will occur in the future.
• Technical indicators describe past price behaviour. They do not predict the future. Every indicator used by this service is a mathematical transformation of prices that have already happened. There is no guarantee, express or implied, that any signal, stage classification or level of "conviction" will be followed by any particular price movement. Signals fail routinely, including signals the service rates highly.
• Markets can move sharply and without warning. Liquidity can disappear, positions can gap through intended exit levels, and losses can exceed what any indicator suggested was likely.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for the consequences of those decisions, including all losses. You must form your own view, do your own research, and decide for yourself whether any transaction is suitable for you.
• You should consult a licensed professional — an authorised financial adviser, and where relevant a tax adviser — before making any investment decision.

04Data and availability

• Market data comes from third-party providers. Virtuous Audacity, Lda does not originate that data and does not control it. It may be delayed, incomplete, out of date, adjusted, revised or simply inaccurate.
• No warranty of accuracy or completeness. The service, its data and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
• No warranty of continuous availability. The service may be unavailable, in whole or in part, without notice. Interruptions may result from scheduled or emergency maintenance, upgrades, failures at hosting, data or model providers, network problems, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Analyses may be missing, stale or partial for some or all tickers on any given day. Do not assume that the absence of an output means the absence of a development in the market.

05Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, Virtuous Audacity, Lda, together with its directors, employees, contractors and suppliers, accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, this service or anything it produces.

This includes, without limitation:

• trading and investment losses of any size, including loss of your entire capital;
• loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill;
• loss or corruption of data;
• losses caused by errors, omissions, delays or interruptions in the service, its data or its outputs, whether or not we were aware of them;
• indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability owed to consumers under mandatory provisions of Portuguese consumer law that cannot be contracted out of.
